About this page
This overview explains the current AdviceTrack technical design during private beta preparation. A complete legal privacy notice and terms will be published before AdviceTrack accepts public payment.
Client information
AdviceTrack is designed so that adviser client records and working documents remain on the adviser’s computer or in a storage location selected by the adviser. AdviceTrack’s hosted account service is not designed to receive:
- client names, contact details, dates of birth, financial information, vulnerabilities or notes;
- client tasks, pathways, meetings or retention records;
- documents, file contents, filenames or folder listings;
- the application database, backups, exports or device storage paths; or
- local-service addresses, tokens or diagnostics containing client information.
Hosted account information
The hosted service may process the limited information needed to provide an AdviceTrack account, including identity, verified email, profile name, account status, subscription entitlement, trial dates, non-identifying device records, approved reusable settings and security or administrative audit records.
Identity and payment providers
AdviceTrack plans to use Auth0 for account authentication and Stripe for subscription billing. AdviceTrack does not receive or store complete card details. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
This website
This initial website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or behavioural profiling. The hosting provider may process basic request information such as IP address, browser details and request timestamps for delivery, reliability and security.
Access ending
Subscription or trial expiry is designed not to delete or upload local client information. The application retains read and export access while preventing changes until entitlement is restored.
